Live, laugh, love — and leave the world better than you found it.
Obituary
Susan Collins lived the way most people only dream of — with her whole heart, an open door, and a laugh that could fill any room. Born on a crisp spring morning in 1952, she came into this world with a curiosity about it that never faded, not even for a single day of her 72 years.
Susan was many things to many people. A devoted mother. A loyal friend. The first to show up with food when someone was struggling, and the last to leave a celebration. She had a rare gift for making everyone she met feel like the most important person in the room.
She believed fiercely that life was meant to be lived — in the fullest, loudest, most colorful sense of the word. She traveled when she could, danced when she shouldn't, and said yes far more often than she said no. She chased sunsets, collected experiences over things, and measured her days not in hours but in moments of genuine connection.
Susan leaves behind a world that is quieter without her, and hearts that are fuller for having known her. Her memory lives on in every adventure she inspired, every life she touched, and every person she loved so generously and so well.
